I have a palm and its M100 and the pen you click on things with doesnt click where you touch it touches a whole 1/2 inch above where you click

also if you draw a straight line across the screen you would end up seeing this:

insdead of a stright line.

also i calibrated it like 100 times thinking that would be what was wrong and still its really messed up , is this a broken palm or can it be fixed somehow?

Realign the screen calibration.

backup all of your data and do a hard reset. if it still does it after the hard reset it may need to be replaced.
