Dell X51v Bluetooth sync issue!

When i try to set up a bluetooth partnership with the axim and my main PC, the com ports do not match. My activesync software shows ports 1 through 5, and my axim only allows ingoing and outgoing port connections through com7 and com8. I've added serial port connections until com7 and com8 are added com ports on my main pc, but with no luck for syncing. The usb syncing works perfectly. is anyone else having this issue?
