Delete software on Palm m505 from deskto

HI, Does any out there know how to delete something from the Palm m505 by using your Desktop comp. Ok, this is my sistuation right now. Like couple of month ago, i download an file called" FastCPU" but now the trial is over and I can not delete or remove that apllication of my Palm m505. Please, help any advice will appreciated.
I have use the remove function in the Palm itself and try to remove, but NO luck.

Select the App->delete menu item and the Palm will display a list of the applications and the memory each utilizes. Select one of the applications by tapping on it and press the delete button to delete it.

Download Z'catalog from http://www.eblong.com/zarf/zcatalog.html. Select the database(s) you want to remove and choose "delete" from the pull down menu.
