Costless WinCE upgrade 2.11 > 3.0

Hi there, I've got a Cassiopeia E100 hosting US version of Windows CE 2.11. However, I'd like to upgrade it to 3.0, so that I could get Pocket Office and other gadgets on my PDA (I'm not interested in paying for that stuff, of course :) ). Does anybody know where to find it on the net? Any FTP servers where I can find this upgrade and other cool stuff for Cassiopeia E-100?

This upgrade is a hardware upgrade, you have to buy the V3.0 rom chip. Likewise you have to be brave enough to open up you PDA. Be warned though you PDA maybe one that cant be upgraded
