I know you can copy your address book from you oda to your pc using palm desktop, but can you copy an adress book from pc to pda?

You can copy the palm desktop address book into PDA. Or are you asking about copying address book from MS Outlook or Outlook Express? I think you can use Outlook with PDA but not Outlook Express.

Ive imported the address book from outlook into the palm desktop. everything works fine there. Now I want to import the address book from the palm desktop to the pda. How?

HotSync does it. It updates both ways, from desktop to PDA ands vice versa. So if you enter a new addrss on the PDA and HotSync, it puts it into the PC Palm desktop.
If you enter a new address on the desktop, at the next HotSync it puts it into the PDA. That goes for all data you put in, address book, date book, memo.
