I have an iPAQ 3630 and when I installed activesync 3.1 & 3.5 it doesn't seem to recognize my device, the com ports 1 & 3 are available, but it doesn't connect to my PDA. What can I do?
TIA

Ipaq's use the USB port by default. Unless you are using a USB to serial adaptor, make sure the USB port is being accessed, not he serial ports.
