Connecting pocket PC to audio Mixer

Does a pocket pc give enough audio output to drive a mixer system without maxing out the volume controls on the Pocket PC, Mixer or Amp?

One other question

Will a microdrive work with the unit so i can store a over 600 mp3 files on the device?
