Hello everyone,
I'm directly connecting my Palm to my PC's serial port. The idea is to use Hyperterm and be able to send characters I type on my keyboard to my Palm's terminal program (VT100).
Do I need to install Palm Setup on my PC? I just want my Palm to act as a dumb terminal. Any ideas would be appreciated.

You need a Telnet Server running on your PC in order to do this. If you have a Windows Server, you could turn on the Telnet service. Otherwise, you need terminal server package, perhaps a free one would do: STerm.
