The cellphone will need a PCMCIA modem that is compatible with the PCMCIA slot onthe device (If PPC's have PCMCIA) or the cellular needs an IR port on it. In which case you will need the CE interface derivers, which should be on the Ericsson website.
A good bet for the modem would be the PSION Dacom Global, but your cellular needs to accept the interface. Check Ericsson's site is my only advice.
Then you have to set-up the port via Remote netowrking. With any luck it will dial

Well... the SH888 already has an internal modem and an IR port as standard. The iPAQ got an IR port... så, I belive what is needed is NOT hardware but software... Regards
