I got this problem on my Audiovox Maestro after 2 weeks of using the CF 256mb Storage Card. I was prompted with a card format , I pressed NO, suddenly found out all my DATA are lost !!! OK, Then I used Flash format to Full format this guy ...Format OK....Transfer from desktop to Storage card OK... But when I try to open the file, it says missing link, file not found or not a valid application ...connect your card properly (On Windows Media Player) So I've been doing the same transfer , format , reset to troubleshoot the problem but still files cannot be read. Do you have any more soulution other than sending this card back to the retailer ?
