Clie TJ-25 Hotsync driver problem

Whenever I try to use hotsync with my sony clie tj-25 Windows XP can't find the driver to install. When I redirect it to the driver file that came with the software, it still doesn't work. Any ideas on how I can fix this. I've tried all the ideas I've found on this site and none have worked.

Try downloading the driver from this site www.sonyclie.org then in the unzipped folders go in the hotsync and start the exe, to install the driver. Then you might want palm desktop 4.1 from that site too.
