Clie recording problem

OS: windows xp pro sp2
CPU/Ram: p4 2.4GHz, 384RAM

I'm getting this error while recording with my Sony Clue PEG-N7X3V/U

"due the temporary limitation of loading process, recording is ended"

5MB in the handheld, 140MB in the memory stick...

But I don't think it is the memory, I hard reseted the handheld and I still have the same problem...
