Clie freezes up after demo

The last thig that happend before my problems started was I got some system warning as I was turning off my clie sj33. I tried turnig it back on and all it would do was show a flashing "palm powerd" image at the begining of starting. So, I did a soft boot and It went all the way through the opening demo, but instead of bringing up the usual starting desktop, all it does is give me a white screen with no response to anything. I can't even turn it off. It does this every time I rest it. I tried taking out the batteries, no difference. Is there anything I can do short of sending it in to get serviced.

just perform hard reset!the reset that you did was only soft reset.but there is warning in doing a hard reset,all the information in your clie will be deleted.but if you have your data saved in the pc,just perform hard reset and then do hotsync.you do know how to do hard reset dont you?
