Hi, I have PEG-NZ90 and os is winxp. I was installing some of the software off the installation cd onto my puter, when I got to installing the Album Plugin, (the import/export of pics from clie to puter), it didn't install all the way. I then tried to reinstall it and I would see the installation wizard and then this message: "Are You sure you want to completely remove 'Clie Album Plugin' and all its components?" Since I figured something went wrong I clicked yes and then I received this message: Unhandled Exception Error Code: 0x80040702 Description: Failed to load DLL: CAReg Setup will be terminated I tried uninstalling in Add/Remove programs but received same messages. I then went into Safe Mode and tried to uninstall it and still received same message. Can anyone please tell me how to fix this? I am not sure what to do.

Well I used an add/remove program and that took care of the problem :)

i was wondering if either of you could pls send me a copy of the installation cd.
