I bought a, iPAQ HP4150 in Andorra with Spanish Windows Mobile 20003 and I need to change it to English or portuguese.
Can anyone help me?
It's not easy to sell it in Portugal unless there is a spanish one that needs one.

As far as i know it is not supossed to be done beacause the OS is the ROM... But i know that some friends succceeded in transfoming Ipaq in english to french i need to check and ill be back to u
