Cant take pictures with my HP iPaq

I try to take a picture with my HP iPaq RX3700. I was able to take pictures before, but now I get a message saying:
"Insufficient Memory. Close some active programs and retry".
Why would this happen when I have been able to take pics without a problem. I have a 1GB memory card, not to mention Ive only taken a couple megs of pics...
Can you guys tell me how to close active programs? I cant seem to figure it out. Wish I knew how to do a CTRL ALT DEL on this thing.
