Can't Read Chinese Words on my PPC

I'm using IPaq 2210 which is running PPC2003 OS. I've tried to install CE-Star 2.2 and other ver, but still can't read chinese Words.....Please help me...thanks !

do you know how the chinese language??? that could be your problem.
