cannot read hebrew in Palm Desktop

I have a M515 palm which works perfectly. I can read and write hebrew and english in it. The problem is that I installed the Palm Desktop software on my PC and when I open it I can read only the english. the hebrew words became very strange and I cannot read it. I copy pasted for exemple: ùéçú åòéãä-éôï.
By the way, I have the same problem with my folders named in hebrew, on my windows XP.
