Can IPAQ control cellphone via BT

My garmin navigator, via bluetooth, can make and receive calls from my bluetooth cellphone. Is there software so that my Ipaq 211 can dial and receive calls the same way. Would like to be able to answer phone without putting PDA aside, just like my navigator can

I to would love this software. My cellular phone's speaker died but would love to be able to use the ipaq to control the phone like a remote handset
