You don't have to reload operating systems on PDA's......it is built into the chip itself and cannot be deleted. You may have a little more than a software problem.

It depends on the brand of PDA.

I have upgraded/reloaded the OS on my Compaq Ipaq several times now. It is very easy if you have the software CD. It can be deleted, backed up, and upgraded to new versions.

I have a Compaq Ipaq 3630 with Spanish OS. Can I change it to English? If I can how do I do it?

To reinstall the OS.. try a hard reset on the Ipaq. To instal the english version of the os.. install the current (free) upgrade PCC2002 from Microsft.. goodluck.
