Blackberry 8100 Emails Disappearing

Product: Dell Optiplex GX620

I have a user whose Blackberry Pearl 8100 seems to remove all e-mails but one at the end of the day. I can't see a reason for this. The memory available on the device seems plenty (19980960 Bytes), and the firmware on the device is the latest I can find (v4.2.1.103). Any advice gratefully recieved.

Have you checked for any settings that auto-purge the email on a daily basis?

Just a shot in the dark as I am no Blackberry expert.
