ActivSync not syncing with MS OUTLOOK

My Ipaq 3660 Syncs alll calender notes and contacts daily with MS OUTLOOK but latley when syncing I get the message that they have not synchronised and the need attention. My Avantgo updates work well but nothing else, what could be the problem.......

OH I also get some problems with Wcescomm, I assume this is a file or command in activsync as an error comes up with this Wcescomm and then the Activsync stops working

Summary: You need a program like pocket mirror to get it to sync with outlook. the palmdesktop will not sync with outlook. Hope this helps. Pocket mirror is what we use here at the college to sync with outlook...
