ActiveSync with Exchange Server?

I have an Ipaq 4155 which I want to sync with my outlook calendar that's on the exchange server. When I try to sync, it syncs only my personal calendar but cannot sync with the calendar on the Exchange Server. Is there a different software I need to be using to be able to sync with the Exchange Server? Or how should I fix this problem?

Hi,
I think what you may have to do is install Microsoft Mobile Information Server on one of your DC's if you are running exchange 2000 as your mail solution. This should solve your problem (as it did mine for the users in work). There is a free 180 day trial available on the microsoft site.
I think exchange 2003 now has the ability to sync mobile devices on a standard install now although do not quote me on that.
