I have a HP Jornada 660lx. I installed ActiveSync 3.6 and it doesnt seem to recognize the H/PC. They are connected via serial cable in the only serial port I have. AS searches all the com ports and as it's doing this a message comes up on the screen on the 660lx saying that it's connecting to the host. Then AS stops and says my device was not connected. I know that before I had to install the original WinCE Services and then install any AS updates on top for it to work. However when I try to install WinCE Services it says that it has to remove RAS. I press 'Yes' to let it remove it for me and then it comes up with an error telling me to go to Control Panel to remove components. WinCE Services setup then gives me an error that it could not remove and reinstall RAS. So I cant get this thing to connect! Any help appreciated. I'm selling this thing tomorrow and the buyer wants me to show them how to work it. If I can't work it then how can I show them? Thanks again. --Jon

Nevermind I got it to work. I just had to click "No" when it asked if I wanted to remove and reinstall RAS and then create an Incoming Connections using serial cable connection under Network Connections.
