I need some help here. We setup our pocket pc to sync with our new organizer program and it wiped out the contacts on the pocket pc. So we took that off and tried to sync it with outlook again and now it erased all of the contacts in outlook! Why is activesync doing this? Also, is there anyway to undo a sync? Please help!

I'm not aware of any way to undo a sync. you can check your backups but I've had little success here myself.
Most important to pay attention, especially with fresh installs on PC or PDA, is HOW you sync. If you have data on the PDA and want to put it back on the PC, then tell that SOFTWARE to sync in the proper direction.
Now most palms error on the side of caution and sync both ways, which usually means duplicate data. You seem to have done the reverse, and lost all your data. In my experience this requires a concious act to perform this, not an accidental sync'ing.
Now check your SYNC settings and make sure they are set the way you want, or your doomed to repeat this mistake.
J.
