Comment: Hi all, I am using Activesync 3.6, Windows2000 pro, MSOfficeXP (outlook 2002). When I first establish connection with my iPAQ, it syncronizes well. after some time, if both are disconnected and made some changes, it gives error. my files and favorites will syncronize but not the Calender, inbox, notes, contacts. Even if there is no changes also, they will not sync. It displays error: Attention required. Unresolved items. I found some solution from microsoft site but it is for Outlook2000 SR1. Still I tried the solution, It worked for 3-4 hrs. then same error is coming. Initially there was ie 5.0 then I upgraded to ie 6.0 SP1. still problem not solved. My outlook contents are from exchange server 2000. my server is SBS2000. If anybody found solution, please help me. Thank you in advance. Pallavi.

Reply: (edit)Most likey this is a problem with your pst file, you can use the scanpst.exe file located on your computer (use the find or search command to locate it) and if it finds any errors with your pst file then you can repair it, this only takes a short while (a few seconds with my 300 meg pst file) and will work most of the time (I have tried it on several locations and it has worked for me every time). Hope this helps

Reply: (edit)Also a know problem with Outlook 2000 and XP with ICQ email integration, you can disable this feature (I noticed that after installing ICQ 2003 Pro) Goto Tools, options, other tab in Outlook. Hit advanced button under the general section. then in com add-ins and remove the ICQ checkbox. This will also solve the problem with Attention required if your using ICQ and email intregration.
