accessing AOL with sony clie NR70V

hi aol can't help with this. maybe someone out there can. i have aolmobile on my nr70v. i connect with my phone (siemens s45). i get through - it checks my password - tells me it's connecting to services - then (always) tells me that it is 'retrying connection' - and the whole thing hangs - and i have to reset the clie. aol say they don't support anything higher than palm 2. the nr70v uses palm 4+ (i've tried the making sure that the battery is fully charged and all that stuff) does anyone have an idea before i cancel my aol account? many thanks philnotatwork
