Palm M515 with USB Cradle is not being detected at all by Windows 2000. I have tried everything that I can think of:

* Uninstall reinstall all software
* Registry clean ups
* USB Uninstall - Reninstall in Device Manager

The Cradle just will not show up in device manager no matter what I do. After installing the Palm Desktop software, the add new hardware wizard should be popping up, or so I thought, but no luck. I have tried all USB ports, a number of different machines (all dell Optiplex GX260) and some GX110 machines.

Is there anything I can do to make 2000 pick up this cradle. I am helping a customer with this and want to fix it for them. Any help greatly appreciated, please email me.

Ash
