I have 2 handspring visors on one computer - one has been running for a while, the 2nd is new, I want to have same address book/calender/activities on both (and I have that one figured out, running Act!2000 and it syncs fine) but i don't want all my other stuff on the other (new) visor. Things such as my quickword files, palmreader books, maps I have downloaded from mapquest etc. They have all loaded themselves onto the new visor. How do I get them off and keep them off in the future. The 2 pdas are both Handspring visor deluxe, running Win98 on computer, linking with actlink 2.0 and palm 4.0.1, I have them set up with separate user names, but I can't quite figure out how to fine tune different syncs/downloads for them. Thanks for any ideas!

I have the same set-up though one is palm IIIc and the other is handspring visor. I connected the hotsync cradle to two different ports. If you are using two distinct user names, all you have to do is set the computer software to the appropriate user name of the pda. You will see that you only need to remove on the specific username items you dont need and on hotsync, modify the settings to make the computer overwrite your pda.
