Our office's MS Outlook Calendar is designated as "Scott" (the name of his machine on the network)We all open his calendar and utilize it as the public calendar. I want to be able to synch a PDA to it and download the office calendar--> and my personal contacts and tasks can this be done?? Our IT contractor says no--> there has to be a way to do it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
