Xircom RealPort modem drivers

I have a UMax ActionBook 300T I am thinking of installing OS/2 Warp 4 on. The only important driver I cannot find is for the Xircom RealPort 56 (rm56v1) PCMCIA modem. I keep on being directed back to the Xircom site. But Xircom has been taken over by Intel, and they have deleted the os/2 drivers, at least for this device. Does anybody have this driver or know precisely where I can get it? Thank you.
