Everytime I start up I get this mess.I was told to go to microsoft and download 810030
update,couldn't find,and unable to download anything from the site HELP!!!

wrong forum...but anyways, until you find out where to get the update (i think the win update site's moved..) you can turn off windows update thru the control panel, maybe, dont remember where exactly, but i know you can turn it off...it'll stop the messages
