Comment:

i have a PC running WIN2000 PRO and a Server running OS/2. In the Windows PC i have a mapping of the OS/2 disk and apparently have a limit of creating folders. after it reaches about 300 folders i cant create anymore folders , so i have to keep erasing the old ones . IS there any fix for this...

Thanks!!

I have over 30K folders on my OS/2 4.5 server.

Try the latest fixpaks and you also never included the version of OS/2.

Are you using a FAT partition?
FAT has a limit on the number
of files in the root directory. Use a subdirectory, or don't use FAT.
