I have an old Pentium Pro 200Mhz / 96MB RAM / 1.3GB HDD / Floppy / IDE CD-rom, wil this run OS/2 Warp 4.0?

Aye, though it is advisable to source an Update CD and Updated Boot Disks and check if the BIOS list an OS/2 entry for greater than 64mb RAM, if so enable the setting:

.... also be aware that all Support by IBM has ceased.

Yes, I have been running warp 4 on Pentium 133 for quite some time, the OS2 drive will only take about 200Mb+, just need to enable in bios the option >64Mb for Os2.
