Warp4 Install Failure on IBM 300PL

Comment:
I have tried installing Warp4 on 2 IBM 300PL with 500mhz cpu's. I have updated install diskettes for 8.3gig plus hard disks. After copying files the install reboots. Then I get the screens for the selective install conponents and after that install for the network. The install continues until the system needs to reboot. On this reboot the machine dumps on me. Is my Install CD too old 1996, it works fine on earlier IBM PI & PII's
Please help out your fellow OS/2 Die Hard. Thanks in advance.
The way you describe it should be correct. Even the CD isn't out-date as far as I know, I'm using the same CD for a IBM 300GL (8.4+). It might be some other (extra) hardware in your machine which fails, or a network setting? Try leaving stuff as default as possible and try again. I know it's simple thinking, but this way I solved many problems with the hardware.
Goodluck and pls have a look to my error message :))))
