Comment:

I have a thinkpad 770x with a usb 1 port.
Is there a usb driver for OS/2 V4 which
will allow me to read/write a large usb 1
external harddrive (20 gbytes). I also
intend to boot in NT/4 and also access the
same drive. I know it will be slow but is
it possible. I need the large space and
my CD is just too small.

Go to http://www.os2world.com/usb/html/drivers.html
Download the MASS STORAGE DEVICE DRIVER AND what is called USB BASIC VER 2.0.
First proceed with the installation of USB basic driver. Note this driver only support UHCI. If you've got Software Choice, you can get a usb 2.0 driver, and ohci too. IF you haven't contact me, and we'll see what can be done.
After installing the two drivers, you should be able to use it...
