I have AMD Duron 1.2 GHz, 128 RAM, 32 MB TNT 2 / Vanta, HDD Seagate 40 GB and 52X CD-ROM.
After, Installed i can use it about 2 months. And now every time when i start my computer. I'm see this message:

Maybe some hardware went bad (e.g. RAM), test this and do a chkdsk on the drive booting from service floppy disks or bootable CD.
Another thing is your service level, looks like plain Warp4 without Fixpak? You can install FP12 or 15 (with FP15 you can use current kernel level). Don't forget to make a backup first...

Also... this may happen if you installed drivers for a new device.. you can boot with Utility or Install disketes or boot using the "Alt-F1" hot key [[when the little white "OS/2" block appears in the top left corner of the screen at boot If you choose "command prompt" from the menu, that runs a different "config.sys" file]] this way you could try another "config.sys" or try an older one to see if it boots.
