CPU/Ram: PII/128Mb
Comment:

Reinstalling OS/2 on a box that had OS/2 on previously. The text mode install runs fine, and then reboots the machine fine.

The graphical install starts, and just after the selective install appears, the machine TRAP Ds.

Any suggestions would be appreated!

If you type Alt-F1 when you see the Boot retangle at top left of the screen.

You should get a menu.

There should be an option for a step by step start. I forget the exact select but I'm sure you'll figure it out.

try booting from floppies, then run chkdsk /f against your c: drive.
The previous suggestion was good, except I think it's alt+f2 that causes the drivers to be displayed as they are loaded.
Alternatively try going to the maintenance desktop and doing a selective reinstall from there.
