CPU/Ram: 286 8mb

Does anyone know how I can put large (10mb) text files from a Win XP machine directly into a specific directory on my os/2 v2.1 machine? I've tried installing a network card, but that didn't work. Any help would be appreciated.

Using a terminal program and a parrallel data transfer cable maybe.
