Comment:
I am trying to work with a backup computer that has a vendor installed program in the Startup directory. The program takes control of the PC and does not allow for any other programs to run. I need to start the computer without it starting the programs listed in the Startup directory. Are there any key combo's to do this?

When you see the white blob on startup press alt-f1 and you should get a selection of startup options.
