Reply: (edit )try uninstalling and then re-installing device. !!! Use the correct method to do this !!!Are you sure the drivers is NDIS 2.0? Had already these "symptoms" while using NDIS 4.0 or higher ;)

Reply: (edit )Yes, I have used driver NDIS 2.0.I tried to uninstall and re-install device, but i have the same problem. We use motherboard ASUS P3 and PCI Card For My Monitor.
Maybe there is conflict between PCI Card Monitor and PCI Card Ethernet D-Link ?
Can Everyone help me to solve problem ?

Reply: (edit )1/ Make sure there is NO interrupt sharing between those two PCI-paripherals you stated; 2/ Have you tried SDD or Scitech SNAP?
