I am having some trouble trying to initialize and send information from my COM1 serial port to a display board we have in Manufacturing. I have OS/2 ver 3.0 and am trying to write a C/C++ program to do this. Any ideas?

If i have one serial port at one end and multiple serial ports (say 8 to 16 of them)at the other. And, If i have data to be sent on from tht on serial port to one of the other serial ports, how do i manage a routing process? Mqaning--> do i have to accept data and then ask for the serial port address on side two or first get the address and then get the data. In any case, could someone send me some data or an algo on this process......
