There are a number of products that can do this try a search on "PM2YOU" which is one such product.

You can also try 'Remote Services Management' from ISS.
It's really fast and I had no problems.

I have used NetOp purchased through a company Indelible Blue for about 150 bucks, It works get for cross platfrom remote control, Better than remote services manager which i have also used. NetOp is by far better.
