Reboot warp 4 using command line?

My Warp 4(FP15) will not shut down using the right-click menu option with the mouse over the desktop or the taskbar icon.
I need a way to remotely reboot the system via Desktop on Call. Some time ago in the Connectix VPC forum I was given a DOS command line. But before I had written it down, MS stopped and wiped the whole forum.
