problem with setting up lan in os/2

I cant setup a lan using os/2 ver 4 fixpak15. I have a setup with eCS which is working and i copied the mpts and tcp/ip settings from there. I seem to be missing the ibmlan and muglib directories so that ibm requester and peer is not available. I tried copying the ibmlan and muglib directories from eCs but that did not work. Anyone have a clue as to what to do to set up the lan in os/2?

OS/2 ver 4 had a setup and an install exe on the cd. One does the OS and the other does the LAN stuff. I would run either and go through that. I know eCS has TCP/IP v4.xx and OS/2 ver 4 has v4.yy, thus some differences.
