Comment:

I'v got one software supporting to lab instrument installed on OS/2 Warp 3.00.

While printing reports from that s/w, error comes as 'Report could not be printed'. Even in os/2 print screen is not working. It gives message as 'can not access printer'.

Printer attached is Epson LQ-1070+. I'v installed appropriate omni driver, in setup, it shows the driver installed. Also I'v tried by changing ports (LPT1,2,3 etc.), installed instrument s/w again but problem still persist.

While checking disk, it gives allocation error on printer driver file, corrects it, but it doesn't tend to correct the problem.

Can anybody help me in this connection?

does the config.sys include this?:

BASEDEV=PRINT01.SYS /IRQ

what output does this report for irq 7
when you run rmview in a os2 window?:

rmview /irq
