The master OS (host OS) of all PC's are windows XP and they work in the same windows XP network.(with the same subnetmask and default geteway).
We are connected to a server that runs OS/2 as a server OS.(Not under the Virtual PC)
Now I want to send a print from my OS/2 via this network to another PC printer that installed on another OS/2 runed at virtual PC.

Subnet Mask=255.255.254.0
Default Gateway=192.168.43.1
DHCP sever=192.168.18.10
DNS sever=192.168.18.8
WINS server=192.168.18.20
---------------------
In OS/2 my configuration is:
IP=192.168.42.67
Subnet Mask=255.255.254.0
*********************************
In windows another user configuration is:
IP=192.168.42.144
Subnet Mask=255.255.254.0
Default Gateway=192.168.43.1
DHCP sever=192.168.18.10
DNS sever=192.168.18.8
WINS server=192.168.18.20
---------------------
In OS/2 another user configuration is:
IP=192.168.42.68
