PMSHELL could not be started

Once the OS/2 Wrap 3 start, the Workplace shell prompt the "The program pointed to by the SET RUNWORKPLACE= line in CONFIG.SYS could not be started.

How to solve the problem.

\Desktop dir may be corrupted. Restore if you have backup. os2.ini or os2sys.ini may be corrupted. Restore or use makeini.rc I believe to make new files. Check file name, extension may be incorrect
