Hello there,
I was wondering if you ever figured out the problem. I am getting the same error.
Let me know if you fixed it, also, in any case let me know if I get an answer from Iconnect. I'll be more than glad to send you the answer.
Thanks.

I too am having the same problem and have been convinced for quite some time, that pc to phone is garbage. Is anyone else finding it to be super buggy? I think it sucks. And that's with a broadband connection, I wouldn't even think about using it on a dial-up connection. They have already refunded me money for calls less than a minute, cause alot of times, my call connects, but for some reason the volume turns itself down in the configuration wizard. What a junk program. Any help would be appreciated, since I still have money on my account.

I used to get the same problem. Then my computer crashed and it took forever to get it back up. Now if I try to open iconnect pc to phone I get a grey box. The grey box will have 1 word in it. "ready". If I touch that box, my computer temporarily freezes and my entire screen goes grey. Funny thing is, this program originally worked. For a week, anyways. I've asked Iconnect for a response but so far nothing. Has anyone resolved this issue yet?

Thanx,!

Heather

Happy news. The only problem was that the program was trying to open in a Win 95 scenerio. I right clicked PC to phone and then left clicked on properties. I then clicked on Compatibility. From there I unclicked the compatibility mode. Then I clicked OK. I also have nothing clicked in display settings. It's working like a charm now. Hope this helps someone else out there.
