I'm not sure that I can help you, but I'll give it a try. I just bought myself a used IBM 760EL ThinkPad, preloaded with Windows95. I anticipate several problems trying to load Warp. IBM is real good about their support for their laptops try IBM first, you'll be amazed how much support they have. This is a sample of a CONFIG.SYS statement that I came across: BASEDEV=IBM1FLPY.ADD /A:0 /FORCE:1 /U:0 /F:1.44MB (and either) /BM (or) /!BM
If I can gather up my links, I'll send them to you (e-mail)

i have an TP390, and i use the normal OS/2 floppy driver.
I installed the DD-Fixpak with the newes drivers. I have also some problems, with the floppy, because the powermanagement (APM) disturb the floppy access. There is an parameter /NOAPM or so (see in the dokomentation under BASEDEV ...mayby i remenber this wrong my thinkpad is 2 miles away from me)
Mayby you have an hardware problem, is the floppy locked in the ultrabay? Did the floppy work under other operating systems (Dos, Windooze)?
